For months David C. Bills has shown inaction and deception. His vanity project stole my summer, and I believe he intends to keep taking from the neighborhood once his “stadium” (as he refers to it as) on the lower field opens. The thing that makes me most mad is if someone that did not have my capabilities lived on this street, no one would have any visibility into David Bills, Ken Coon, and Mike Walker. I guarantee if you were as screwed over by people like these for over 4 months at the going rate, you then had to pay them for the privilege you might have the tone I have. I don't expect this site to change anything, but it will at least be a historical record.
